Overview

We are seeking a skilled QC Inspector to manage and oversee the financial aspects of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing payment certifications, conducting quantity assessments, and ensuring the accuracy of project documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Review the Project Quality Plan (PQP), procedures, technical submittals, and quality-related documentation to ensure alignment with project requirements and standards.
  • Evaluate and verify the contractor's Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and checklists.
  • Calculate and verify quantities of materials needed based on project plans and specifications.
  • Prepare payment certifications for completed work, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor and control project costs to prevent budget overruns.
  • Ensure that all incoming materials are inspected and approved according to specifications and submittals; quarantine and report non‑compliant materials for corrective action.
  • Conduct snag and punch list inspections with all parties and prepare summary reports.
  • Prepare quality and aesthetic reports for management, highlighting compliance, areas for improvement, and tracking performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Review and compile project handover close‑out documentation.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly quality meetings with all contractors and stakeholders.
  • Perform quality audits and issue findings to the concerned parties.
Qualifications

  • Proven experience in quantity surveying and cost management.
