We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Engineer to join our dynamic team within the Facilities and Property Management sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This role requires a deep understanding of quality assurance processes, as well as the ability to analyze data and implement effective solutions. The Quality Control Engineer will work closely with various departments to develop and enforce quality standards, conduct inspections, and generate reports that reflect the quality of our services and products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities and properties to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to define quality requirements and specifications for ongoing projects.
- Analyze inspection and testing data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, findings, and recommendations for management review.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Work closely with suppliers and contractors to ensure that materials and services meet quality standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency across the organization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the organization remains compliant and competitive.
- Assist in the development of quality-related documentation, including quality manuals and standard operating procedures.
Preferred Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Engineer or similar role in facilities management or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey quality standards and procedures clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong working relationships.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Project management experience is a plus.
