The Manager – Quality is responsible for managing and supporting the implementation of flyadeal’s Quality Management System to ensure that all operational activities across the airline are compliant with GACA regulations, IOSA requirements, and internal standards.
This role supports audits, monitoring programs, corrective action tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Manager works closely with operational departments to ensure adherence to quality procedures and fosters a culture of compliance and performance excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilitie
- Support the implementation and maintenance of flyadeal’s Quality Management System across flight operations, ground operations, maintenance, and continuing airworthiness
- Conduct regular internal quality audits, inspections, and compliance checks in accordance with GACA, ICAO, and IOSA requirements
- Monitor quality performance indicators, analyze trends, and prepare reports for the Quality leadership team
- Follow up on findings, corrective actions, and preventive action plans to ensure timely and effective closure
- Assist in preparing for external audits, regulatory inspections, and IOSA renewals
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure policies, procedures, and manuals meet regulatory and company standards
- Review operational processes and recommend improvements to enhance compliance and safety
- Maintain quality documentation, records, and reporting systems in accordance with approved document control procedures
- Support safety and quality promotion activities, including awareness campaigns, workshops, and training coordination
- Provide guidance and support to departments regarding quality requirements, compliance expectations, and audit preparation
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of airline or aviation industry experience, preferably in quality, safety, or compliance roles
- Strong understanding of GACA regulations, ICAO Annexes, IOSA standards, and quality management frameworks
- Experience in audit planning, compliance monitoring, risk assessment, or quality investigations
- Strong analytical, documentation, and report‑writing skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Professional certifications in quality or safety (e.g., ISO Lead Auditor, SMS training) are an advantage
