PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The QHSE Data Analyst’s roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting the corporate QHSE manager in daily activities. This involves collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data, as well as interpreting trends and patterns. The individual will create reports and dashboards while ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Additionally, he will organize and maintain QHSE documents, handle reports, and manage training and audit records. Contribute to audits and inspections, ensuring effective communication of QHSE information across all divisions and departments.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Collect, validate, and maintain QHSE data from various divisions, sites, and departments.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and data visualization tools to monitor QHSE performance.
- Analyze incident reports, near misses, audits, inspections, NCRs, and training records to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support QHSE team in preparing periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) for management reviews and client submissions.
- Provide statistical analysis of quality, safety, and environmental data to measure performance against KPIs and targets.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of QHSE data management systems.
- Support digital transformation initiatives such as QHSE management software implementation and automation of reporting processes.
- Liaise with project teams, operations, and HR to ensure complete and timely data submission.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Quality Management, Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in data analytics, preferably within QHSE, Quality Assurance, or HSE domain.
- Strong knowledge of QHSE standards and management systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with strong skills in preparing management reports and professional presentations.
- Knowledge of statistical methods and root cause analysis techniques.
- Strong report writing and presentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across departments.
