Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering as minimum requirement.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing and rotating equipment.
• Experience leading a team of quality inspectors.
• Six-Sigma Green Belt certification and ISO9001 Lead Auditor/Internal auditor.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and guiding quality inspectors.
• Assigning tasks and monitoring daily activities to ensure productivity.
• Providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
• Ensuring compliance with procedures, standards and regulatory requirements.
• Attending pre-inspection meetings with customers.
• Managing punch list closure meetings with customers.
• Ensuring completeness and on-time delivery of quality records.
• Partnering with production to ensure smooth cell operations.
• Leading RCA and CAPA related to manufacturing quality issues.
• Monitoring quality control metrics and taking corrective actions.
• Driving cross-functional improvement projects using lean methods.
• Leading quality toolbox awareness for the production team.
• Ensuring effective implementation of Quality Control processes.
