Qualifications

• CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector (TWI certified).
• ASNT Level II in RT, UT, MT, PT & VT.
• Minimum 08 years of experience in QA/QC inspection in oil & gas or petrochemical.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding and mechanical inspections.
• Ensure compliance with international codes and standards.
• Conduct and witness Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods.
• Review Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification Record (PQR), and Welder Qualification Records (WQR).
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports for client submission.

Skills

Welding processes and inspection techniques

Familiarity with international codes and standards (API, ASME, ASTM)

Attention to detail and excellent reporting/documentation skills

Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Capability to work independently in a fabrication environment

Education

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
