In this position, the QA/QC Engineer will be essential in assessing and enhancing the quality management processes across various projects. You will collaborate closely with teams to maintain a culture of quality excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform systematic inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards.
• Establish, implement, and oversee the quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to proactively address and resolve quality-related challenges.
• Compile and assess quality reports, ensuring timely documentation and communication of findings.
• Conduct root cause analysis for identified non-conformities and oversee corrective action measures.
• Facilitate training sessions to promote quality assurance best practices amongst project staff.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulatory requirements related to quality management.
