Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of sales experience in PVC pipes, building materials, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of PVC manufacturing, product specifications, and market trends.
• Proven leadership ability with experience managing a sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid driving license; willingness to travel frequently within KSA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales and profitability goals.
• Identify new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, water supply, and building materials segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team KPIs.
• Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and after-sales follow-up.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for management.
