We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Officer to manage procurement activities, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services for the company’s operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure best pricing and quality.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to forecast needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
  • Follow up on deliveries to ensure timely receipt of materials.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal teams.
