Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, leasing, or sales (preferred in Saudi Arabia).
• Strong understanding of real estate market and regulations in KSA.
• Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English).
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage social media platforms and basic digital marketing skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily operations of the company’s properties (residential, commercial, or mixed‑use).
• Manage leasing activities including advertising, viewing, negotiating, and finalizing lease agreements.
• Follow up on rent collection and overdue payments.
• Serve as the main point of contact for tenant communication.
• Manage the company’s social media accounts.
