Job summary

A property management company in Jeddah is seeking a qualified individual to oversee the management and daily operations of assigned properties. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 2–4 years of experience in facility management. Responsibilities include monitoring property operations, managing maintenance activities, and maintaining tenant communications. Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in facility or property management.
  • Professional certifications are preferred (CFM, FMP, ISO 41001).

  • Supervise routine and emergency maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers.
  • Oversee unit handover and takeover processes with tenants.
  • Maintain effective communication with tenants.
  • Follow up on rent collection issues.
  • Ensure issuance and renewal of licenses and permits.
  • Prepare periodic reports on property condition.

Job Purpose:

Oversee the management and daily operations of assigned properties, ensure efficient performance, maintain asset value, and coordinate with tenants, owners, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of assigned properties.
  • Supervise routine and emergency maintenance activities and coordinate with the operating company.
  • Coordinate and follow up with suppliers and service providers.
  • Oversee unit handover and takeover processes with tenants.
  • Maintain effective communication with tenants and address complaints and observations.
  • Follow up on rent collection issues in coordination with tenants.
  • Ensure issuance and renewal of licenses, permits, and statutory records.
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Prepare periodic reports on property condition and occupancy status.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving performance and maximizing asset efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in facility or property management.
  • Professional certifications are preferred (CFM, FMP, ISO 41001).
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
