To oversee day‑day property operations, manage tenants, support leasing and sales activities, handle rent collection, and assist in promoting the company’s projects through social media and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Property Management
- Handle daily operations of the company’s properties (residential, commercial, or mixed‑use).
- Follow up on maintenance requests and coordinate with contractors.
- Inspect properties regularly and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare property condition reports.
2. Leasing & Sales
- Manage leasing activities including advertising, viewing, negotiating, and finalizing lease agreements.
- Support sales activities for real estate units under development.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
3. Rent Collection & Financial Follow‑up
- Follow up on rent collection and overdue payments.
- Prepare rent collection reports.
- Send reminders to tenants and coordinate payment plans when needed.
- Ensure proper documentation of all payments and contracts.
4. Tenant Relations
- Serve as the main point of contact for tenant communication.
- Resolve tenant issues efficiently to maintain good relationships.
- Assist new tenants in the move‑in and move‑out process.
5. Social Media & Marketing Support
- Manage the company’s social media accounts.
- Create and post real estate content.
- Promote available units to increase occupancy and visibility.
- Coordinate with marketing team or agencies when needed.
6. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain property files, lease agreements, and tenant records.
- Prepare monthly reports on occupancy, collections, maintenance, and tenant issues.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials and property brochures.
7. Government Platforms
- Manage transactions and services through platforms.
Skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, leasing, or sales (preferred in Saudi Arabia).
- Strong understanding of real estate market and regulations in KSA.
- Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English).
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage social media platforms and basic digital marketing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
