The Job Summary

The Project Sales Consultant is responsible for generating sales revenue based on the approved annual target, working closely with project customers having full understanding of their needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions as per the standards of Creative Closets during the entire project sales cycle; playing a pivotal role from inception to final execution of the deals maintaining high level working relationship with the project sales customers.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  • Identify and pursue project contributions, negotiate and close deals to achieve project sales targets.
  • Spearhead the entire project sales cycle, from initiation to closing project sale deals ensuring customer satisfaction, including persistent follow-up, communication and support.
  • Send or deliver the financial and technical offers to prospective clients highlighting the features and benefits of Creative Closets products and services.
  • Create project proposals, track sales activity, and forecast revenue to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with housekeeping Senior Project Sales Manager enabling him to analyse sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to increase project sales.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all project sale customers addressing queries, handling complaints, and providing product information and recommendations as and when requested by customers.
  • Play a pivotal role in achieving set project sales and profitability targets.
  • Analyse project sales outcomes and share results, profitability, growth and all business challenges with the Project Sales Manager on a monthly basis.
  • Support project sales proactively to grow by establishing, managing and facilitating commercial excellence through customer relationship, account management, business development, deal execution, pricing and order fulfilment from inception to installation.
  • Monitor key competitive activities and share reports and analysis with the Project Sales garments Manager on a regular basis enabling him to devise strategies in a timely manner in orderimber to design the project experience and product offerings accordingly.
  • Spearhead a set of sale projects and lead from the front in achieving set project sales targets, project sales growth, performance and profitability goals.
  • Work closely with all internal teams to deliver state‑of‑the‑art products and services to Creative Closets project customers.
  • Play a key role in all project sales‑related business development activities that include new projects acquisition, preparing and submitting proposal and lead conversions till the final execution/★ instal reprehenderit leg

Customer Agenda with Value Proposition

  • Foster highly customer‑focused relationships with value propositions and deliver state‑of‑the‑art service to all project sale customers.
  • Ensure to address and resolve all project sale customer needs swiftly maintaining highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed customers’ expectations and align customers’ sales experience with the company image and positioning.
  • Stay abreast of the latest innovations and technologies in the furniture industry to educate the project sale customers.

Relationship Management & Networking

  • Play a pivotal role in building and maintaining high‑level external relationships with the project sale customers to ensure the successful outcome of project sales business objectives and plans.
  • Frequently meet with customers and resolve all customer / project related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Play effective role in developing the Creative Closets brand and product portfolio promoting its capability, capacity, values and expertise to deliver state‑of‑the art products and services to the project sales customers.
  • Always stay vigilant and abreast of every new project sales business opportunity that is in line with Creative Closets objectives and growth mandate.

Advanced Presentation Skills
