Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our construction projects, you will be responsible for conducting accurate surveys, managing project data, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

  • Conduct site surveys and collect precise measurements using advanced surveying equipment
  • Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and plans for construction projects
  • Analyze survey data and provide recommendations to project managers and engineers
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project alignment and success
  • Monitor construction progress and verify adherence to plans and specifications
  • Maintain accurate records of all survey activities and project documentation
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia
  • Perform quantity takeoffs and assist in cost estimation processes
  • Participate in project meetings and communicate survey findings to stakeholders
  • Stay updated on the latest surveying technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related Construction field
  • Professional certification, such as RICS membership, is highly desirable
  • Minimum of 15 years of post-graduate experience in surveying, with at least 4 years in the Middle East
  • Proficiency in surveying software and tools, including AutoCAD and GPS equipment
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian building codes and construction practices
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving
  • Outstanding communication and report writing abilities in English
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
  • Familiarity with quantity takeoffs and cost estimation processes
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel as required for project needs
