Job Title: Project Manager

Treated Water Quality Monitoring Project

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation, operation, and maintenance of a Treated Water Quality Monitoring Project for environmental clients in Riyadh. The role involves overseeing end-to-end project execution, from system design and installation to commissioning, data integration, and ongoing performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead overall planning, execution, and delivery of the treated water quality monitoring project in coordination with internal teams and client representatives.
  • Supervise installation, calibration, and operation of online water quality analyzers (pH, DO, Turbidity, TN, TP, COD, BOD, Conductivity, etc.) and related instrumentation.
  • Manage integration of field stations with data acquisition systems and ensure reliable data flow to central servers.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors, installation, and commissioning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international water quality standards (NCEC, PME, WHO, etc.).
  • Oversee O&M activities, preventive maintenance, and periodic calibration of monitoring stations.
  • Prepare and submit technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates to the client.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (civil, electrical, mechanical, and IT).
  • Support audits, inspections, and client presentations when required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Water Resources, or Environmental Science.
  • Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
Experience
  • 10–12 years of total professional experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven project management experience in water or wastewater monitoring, treatment, or reuse projects.
  • Hands‑on experience with treated effluent or STP projects and online water quality monitoring systems.
  • Familiarity with analyzers from HACH, Xylem, Endress+Hauser, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of environmental data management systems, communication protocols, QC procedures.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong leadership and coordination abilities across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and client interaction skills.
  • Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent project management tools.
  • English fluency required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
