Job summary

NOV, Inc. is seeking an experienced supervisor for solids control and drilling waste management operations in Saudi Arabia.

The role focuses on ensuring technical integrity of packages, coordinating transfers, and maintaining safety, environmental, and operational standards across multiple locations. The candidate should have strong supervisory experience, deep knowledge of waste management equipment, and proven project engineering capabilities within the oil & gas sector.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience over oil & gas projects.

• Familiarity with international oil & gas standards.

Responsibilities

• Verify transfers of equipment and parts from well to base and from well to well.
• Ensure equipment movements are carried out safely and arrive in good condition.
• Maintain daily operation reports and communicate with HR, HSE, Operations and Security.
• Supervise correct installation and dismantling of solids control and auxiliary equipment.
• Maintain communication with client representatives and document incidents or anomalies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies and maintenance programs.

• Responsible for the technical integrity of assigned Packages in line with Project requirements, up to and including mechanical completion and delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in all manner of Solids Control and Drilling Waste Management operations. Previous supervisory experience.


• Strong experience and knowledge in waste management equipment (surveys, installations and operations).


• Previous experience in Project Engineering/Management with the oil & gas industry and solids control.


• Knowledge of international Oil & Gas standards.


• Strong technical understanding and experience with engineering and project execution methods.
