A leading engineering firm in Saudi Arabia is looking for a Project Manager to oversee oil and gas projects. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience and a engineering degree. Responsibilities include project planning, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with standards. A PMP certification is preferred. Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers is required.

Reports To: Head of Projects / Operations Manager

Job Summary: Directs, coordinates and exercises functional authority for planning, organizing, control, integration and completion of the project within area of assigned responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate activities of designated projects to ensure objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
• Review project plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Address risks and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications & Skills

• College or university graduate preferably in Engineering or related field, professionally licensed and with studies leading to higher level of education.
• At least 8‑10 years of post‑qualification work experience in project management in oil & gas.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Preferred

• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Experience with EPC projects in GCC region.

Other Requirements

• Must register with Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE). Driving license is mandatory.
