Reports To: Head of Projects / Operations Manager
Job Summary: Directs, coordinates and exercises functional authority for planning, organizing, control, integration and completion of the project within area of assigned responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, direct and coordinate activities of designated projects to ensure objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
- Review project plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
- Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Address risks and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications & Skills
- College or university graduate preferably in Engineering or related field, professionally licensed and with studies leading to higher level of education.
- At least 8‑10 years of post‑qualification work experience in project management in oil & gas.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Preferred
- PMP or equivalent certification.
- Experience with EPC projects in GCC region.
Other Requirements
- Must register with Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE). Driving license is mandatory.
