Overview

JASARA PMC is on the lookout for a skilled Project Manager - Delivery (Theme Park Show) to join our team. As a leading program management company involved in major infrastructure projects within Saudi Arabia, JASARA PMC is committed to delivering exceptional value and quality through its operations, aligning with the goals of Vision 2030.

Responsibilities
  • Define show related project timeline, draft EOIs, PQQs, RFPs, other proposals, establish budgets and maintain show related documentation throughout project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external resources, communicating guidelines and deadlines clearly, effectively and consistently for the show you are assigned.
  • Assess risk throughout project lifecycle and anticipate internal, external and client needs and readily implement issue resolution with project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal teams to delegate and prioritize tasks and conduct status updates and check‑ins with individual team members to ensure completion of tasks.
  • Provide regular show project status check‑ins, progress tracking and updates on deliverables with internal teams, external resources, clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage client and IP relationships throughout project lifecycle and uphold high standards for individual contributors, holding everyone accountable for their deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Arts degree in performing arts or similar related field, preferred.
  • Higher National Diploma in set design, performing arts or a related field minimum.
  • 6 – 10 years of experience in set design, show production or similar, leading complex projects from initiation to closure, within show and entertainment environment, preferably in a theme park or similar location‑based entertainment field environment.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously will be well regarded.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage show and entertainment project scope, schedule, budget, and resources effectively utilizing appropriate digital tools.
  • Proactive, with a drive for delivery and an ability to bring stakeholders together around a common vision.
  • Strong training capabilities to foster the professional development of junior colleagues.
  • Effectively manages and prioritizes workload and delivers to tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal skills in English. Other languages well regarded.
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese and/or Arabic languages highly regarded but not essential.
  • Proficient use of enterprise‑level management software, such as (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, Aconex, etc.) or similar systems.
  • Managing a team to deliver results.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across multiple departments.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and conflict resolution skills.
  • PMP or other relevant project management certification (e.g., Prince2, Agile, etc.) – Desirable but not a requirement. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certified well regarded but not a requirement.
Skills
  • In-depth knowledge of show and entertainment design, engineering, and safety standards preferred.
  • Prior experience managing a show team.
  • Excellent understanding of scripts, show technologies, media and show control, etc.
  • An understanding of water‑based shows and technologies is important as it is for AV, projection mapping, SFX and show control, delivery.
