Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Lead project meetings and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.
  • Oversee the selection and management of subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Establish effective relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Salary commensurate with experience.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the construction, contracting, or facilities industries.
