The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the shutdown projects, ensuring that safety, quality, and efficiency are prioritized throughout the process. This role demands a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure that project goals are met. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving project success through meticulous planning, execution, and monitoring.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage all phases of BIG SHUTDOWN projects, from planning and execution to completion and handover.
  2. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project activities and resources.
  4. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges effectively.
  5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  6. Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and opportunities.
