Key Responsibilities
Project Management and Execution
  • Lead and manage all phases of assigned projects from initiation to handover.
  • Oversee civil, infrastructure, and utility works to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Monitor schedules, budgets, and performance to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Coordinate between disciplines and resolve on‑site challenges proactively.
Client and Contract Management
  • Serve as the main point of contact with clients and consultants.
  • Ensure full compliance with contract requirements and handle variations and claims.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
Team Leadership
  • Direct and mentor engineers, supervisors, and site staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Enforce company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
  • Conduct regular progress meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Cost and Resource Control
  • Monitor project costs and optimize resource utilization.
  • Review subcontractor performance and progress payments.
  • Coordinate procurement and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 20 years of practical experience in civil works, including infrastructure and utilities.
  • Experience in leading the project commercially.
  • At least 10 years in a similar project management role delivering civil & infrastructure or construction projects.
  • Experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East preferred.
  • Experience in leading a large team.
  • Proven record managing subcontractors and multinational teams.
  • Fluent in Arabic with strong command of English.
