Job description

• Maintain an accurate record of all construction/installation activities on a daily basis
• Ensure that all relevant approved procedures and risk assessments are followed by the contractor
• Manage and follow up on non-conformities that are issued by the contractor
• Ensure that the Contractor proactively manages safety and quality
• Communicate with Contractors during the installation stage to maintain a high level of quality
• Attend periodic meetings to ensure that works are performed efficiently to achieve the required quality levels
• Be present during all the key steps identified in the installation/construction stages
• Attend and organize safety meetings with site safety coordinators and contractors
• Drive cost-efficient execution through proactive risk management and compliance
• monitoring.
• Track and report progress to senior management and ensure timely delivery.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in (civil-arch) engineering, PMP is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management and budgeting.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
