شركة تطوير عقاري بارزة في جدة تبحث عن مدير مشروع بدوام كامل لإدارة التخطيط والتنفيذ والتسليم. ستتولى تنسيق العمل مع فرق داخلية ومقاولين خارجيين مع ضمان الانتهاء من المشاريع في الوقت المحدد ووفقًا للميزانية. يجب أن يكون لديك خبرة في إدارة المشاريع واللوجستيات، والقدرة على التواصل بفعالية. ومعرفة سابقة في المشاريع العقارية أو الإنشائية تعتبر ميزة إضافية. الطلاقة في العربية مطلوبة، والإنجليزية مفضلة.

Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Project Manager based in Jeddah. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external contractors, managing logistics, supervising inspections, and resolving issues that arise during project implementation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Management and the ability to lead project teams effectively
• Skills in expediting and coordination with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Experience in Logistics Management to oversee the movement and handling of materials
• Knowledgeable in conducting inspection processes to ensure quality standards are met
• Problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach in overcoming project challenges
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in real estate or construction projects is an advantage
• Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is preferred
