  • 5–7+ years of proven experience in project management (construction, industrial, or operational environment preferred).
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to prepare, interpret, and analyze financial reports.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
  • Exceptional leadership, planning, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities concurrently.
  • Willingness to relocate to Sakaka; candidates from other regions are encouraged to apply.

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and KPIs, ensuring consistent monitoring and progress tracking.
  • Analyze project financials, monitor expenditures, evaluate variances, and prepare periodic reports for senior management.
  • Manage risks, identify operational challenges, and propose effective on-ground solutions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams within TCG (including Riyadh HQ) and external stakeholders in Sakaka.
  • Oversee site teams, ensuring operational readiness, compliance, and alignment with project objectives.
  • Communicate project updates, resource needs, and strategic recommendations with clarity and confidence.
  • Ensure adherence to internal methodologies, quality standards, and project governance frameworks.

We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to join our team and lead strategic operations in Sakaka.

This role is open to candidates across the Kingdom who are willing to relocate to Sakaka.
