Job Summary

The PMO will oversee the Project Management Office, ensuring the consistent application of project management frameworks, methodologies, and governance across multiple projects. The role requires collaboration with project managers and stakeholders to drive project success aligned with organizational goals and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and manage the PMO activities including process standardization, project governance, and portfolio management.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain project management frameworks, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management regularly.
  • Provide support, guidance, and consultation to project managers and teams to ensure effective execution and compliance with PMO standards.
  • Coordinate resource allocation, project prioritization, and manage cross-project dependencies.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives, lessons learned sessions, and PMO maturity assessments.
  • Ensure alignment of all projects with client and organizational requirements and timelines.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing project management frameworks and governance across multiple projects, preferably in digital or technology environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (MS Project, JIRA, MS Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze risks, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle competing priorities.
