Role Description

This is a full-time on-site opportunity for a PMO coordinator to support project management across product development and cross-functional initiatives such as engineering, marketing, and operations. The role responsibilities include administrative, analytical, and operational support to help ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and according to organizational standards. This role entails coordination across project teams, supporting project managers, tracking progress, maintaining documentation, and helping to improve overall project governance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project managers and functional leads in tracking milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across hardware development, testing, supply chain, and marketing activities
  • Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document decisions and action items.
  • Maintain integrated project timelines that include engineering and marketing workstreams.
  • Assist in implementing PMO standards, workflows, templates, and best practices.
  • Help set up dashboards, project templates, workflows, and automation within Zoho Projects/Zoho Analytics or similar tools.
  • Maintain project documentation repositories and ensure compliance with PMO processes.
  • Compile and update weekly project reports, dashboards, and KPIs across product and marketing teams.
  • Use Zoho (or similar tools) to gather, clean, and visualize data for project progress, risks, and portfolio health.
  • Support change request processes and documentation.
  • Assist marketing and go-to-market teams with project schedules, campaign timelines, task tracking, and coordination with product development.
  • Ensure alignment between product release milestones and marketing deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting, and collaboration across teams.
  • Help refine PMO templates, tools, and data structures as the organization scales.
Qualifications and Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s or associate degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare clear reports or dashboards.
  • Familiarity with project management concepts and methodologies
  • Familiarity or willingness to utilize tools such as Zoho product to adapt and manage evolving workflows.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
  • English and Arabic written communication

Preferred

  • Experience with Zoho Projects, Zoho Analytics, or similar tools (Asana, MS Projects, Power BI, Tableau, etc).
  • Basic understanding of marketing processes or campaign workflows.
  • Foundational certifications or experience in related fields
