Location: Pakistan (Remote)

Work Week: Sunday – Thursday

Work Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Saudi Arabian Time Zone)

Role Summary

As part of a high‑impact team working directly with the Head of Commercial, this role offers significant ownership, autonomy, and visibility across the organization. The Project Lead will take the lead on cross‑functional initiatives, streamline processes, and drive performance optimization by collaborating closely with business, product, and operational teams.

Role & Responsibilities

• end-to-end execution of key projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable plans.
• Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and recommend data‑backed improvements.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to define project scopes and deliverables.
• Track and report project performance through clear KPIs and dashboards.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of project progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Use SQL and analytical tools to extract insights that support strategic decision‑making.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or a similar role in tech or digital companies.
• Strong command of SQL and comfort working with large datasets.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A strong analytical mindset and data‑driven approach to problem‑solving.
• Experience in or with companies like Daraz, Careem, Foodpanda, or similar tech‑driven organizations is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
