WSP in the Middle East is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Finance Analyst to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial analysis, preferably within the engineering, construction, or consulting sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting for infrastructure and capital projects.
  • Support in the preparation of investment memorandums, feasibility studies, and project finance reports.
  • Analyze project cash flows, cost structures, and returns to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, legal, and technical experts.
  • Assist in due diligence, risk assessment, and financial close processes.
  • Prepare and present reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in project finance, preferably within the engineering, construction, or consulting sectors.
  • Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountant (SOCPA) registration is required (or eligibility to obtain it).
  • Proven experience in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure projects and capital expenditure planning.
  • Regional experience in the Middle East (ME) is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
