Eram Talent is seeking a dedicated and results‑driven Project Engineer to join our client’s team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities
  • Project Execution & Compliance.
  • Support the execution of third‑party projects by verifying compliance with Marafiq’s technical, safety, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain Marafiq’s safety requirements.
  • Monitoring & Documentation.
  • Coordinate project monitoring activities, including reviews, inspections, and testing, ensuring that all project activities align with stakeholder requirements.
  • Monitor and document project progress, providing regular updates to the Manager in line with Marafiq’s reporting standards and ensuring compliance with financial and technical standards.
  • Contractual & Technical Support.
  • Support contractual compliance by tracking project deliverables, ensuring that technical requirements and contractual obligations are met.
  • Provide technical support during the tender process, ensuring that PMC contracts align with project requirements and technical specifications.
  • Risk Management.
  • Identify, resolve, and report project risks related to technical, safety, or timeline concerns, ensuring timely resolution and communicating with the Manager for further mitigation if required.
  • Project Closeout & Handover
  • Assist in project closeout, ensuring all project deliverables are completed, documentation is finalized, and the project is ready for handover to Operations.
  • Prepare the ROAT (Record of Asset Transfer), ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurately compiled for submission to Finance for asset capitalization.
  • Manpower Planning
  • Provide technical input into the manpower planning process, ensuring that technical resources are available for reviews, inspections, and other critical project activities.
  • Team Collaboration & Communication. Collaborate with internal teams and third‑party stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and coordinated efforts throughout the project lifecycle to meet technical and operational objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Electrical.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in engineering and project execution, within the utilities, construction, or related engineering disciplines.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
