Position Details

The role involves on‑site technical supervision and coordination for a renovation project, ensuring that all work is carried out according to the required specifications, safety standards, schedule, and budget. Contract Duration: 12 months or until project completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction or renovation (fit‑out projects preferred)
• Experience working in occupied/operational facilities is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, local building codes, and safety regulations
• Arabic and English language proficiency required
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera is a plus)
