Overview

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Project Director - Roads/Highways to oversee the execution of critical road and highway projects as part of our ambitious development plans.

In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, management, and successful delivery of key infrastructure initiatives that enhance connectivity and support sustainable urban development.

As the Project Director, you will ensure that all road and highway projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including government authorities, contractors, and community representatives, to realize our vision for an integrated and innovative transportation system within Qiddiya.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, design, and execution of road and highway projects, ensuring alignment with the overall strategic objectives of Qiddiya.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules while implementing project management best practices.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including civil engineers, urban planners, and environmental specialists to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments, identifying potential challenges and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Engage with local and regional authorities to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and secure necessary permits.
  • Monitor construction activities, ensuring adherence to contract specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Oversee contractor performance, including contract negotiations, change order management, and conflict resolution.
  • Facilitate effective stakeholder communication through regular project updates and community meetings to address concerns and solicit feedback.
  • Prepare detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders to communicate project status, milestones achieved, and budget tracking.

Qualifications
