Alkaffary Group is looking for a dynamic and innovative Project Development Specialist to support the company's growth and development by improving internal processes, coordinating across departments, and exploring external business opportunities. The role focuses on both internal enhancements and external market engagement to ensure efficient project execution and long-term partnerships.

Internal Responsibilities
  • Analyze Company Needs: Review ongoing projects to identify areas for improvement or additional support.
  • Enhance Work Processes: Develop or improve internal policies and procedures to accelerate execution and reduce errors.
  • Departmental Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration between the projects team and other departments such as Procurement, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Performance Tracking: Prepare regular reports on project progress and compare outcomes against set targets.
  • Project Database Management: Maintain and update a structured database for current and potential projects for easy access and reference.
External Responsibilities
  • Explore New Opportunities: Conduct market research and field visits to identify potential projects or partnerships (e.g., with hotels, contractors, real estate developers, etc.).
  • Field-Based Client Acquisition: Engage in on-site visits to attract new clients and understand market needs.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong networks with clients and partners to secure ongoing business opportunities.
  • Negotiation: Participate in negotiations with clients and partners to reach agreements that benefit the company.
  • Project-Oriented Marketing Support: Assist the marketing team in preparing tailored presentations and promotional materials aligned with large project needs.
  • External Project Follow-Up: Ensure agreements with partners are implemented according to defined terms and timelines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or project management.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
