Job summary

A leading testing, inspection, and certification firm in Saudi Arabia seeks an Eastern Region Project Execution Section Manager to manage procurement through the Odoo ERP system, coordinate HR processes for new hires, and maintain critical documentation for Saudization. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Business Administration, significant experience in administration, and excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic. This position requires flexibility to work between Jubail and Khobar.

Procurement
Job Description
  • Manage Odoo ERP system for procurement.
  • Request new product creation.
  • Raise Purchase Requests (PRs) and follow up on new/pending PRs & POs.
Human Resource
  • Follow up on new hire status.
  • Assist with onboarding process.
  • Maintain an updated list of FMP team details and documents.
  • Follow up on Iqama & ERE visa for employees on annual leave.
  • Collect and review timesheets before submission.
IKTVA (Saudization)
  • Collect required documents for Saudization.
  • Present Saudization level based on payroll for Aramco auditing purposes.
Vacation Record
  • Maintain vacation records for all FMP units.
Flight Booking
  • Book business/annual leave flights.
  • Maintain records of flight details.
Employee Support
  • Follow up and resolve FMP transportation allowance issues.
  • Address problems faced by FMP team members.
Finance
  • Follow up on invoices payments (POs, accommodations, electricity, cash or salary advances).
  • Review expense claims for FMP employees.
Aramco Invoices
  • Create sales orders on Oracle ERP & issue invoices.
Aramco Man Hours Report
  • Collect and submit man hours report to Aramco at the end of each month.
IT
  • Raise a ticket to create email IDs for new employees.
  • Raise requests for mobile phones and SIM cards for new employees.
  • Follow up on bills payment and resolve any delays.
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication (English and Arabic) and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Additional Information
  • Ability to work between Jubail and Khobar.
