A leading engineering firm in Northern Borders Province is seeking a Project Controls Manager with extensive experience in ARAMCO onshore projects. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of project controls including cost and schedule management, risk and change management, and mentoring team members. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 15+ years of relevant experience are required. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Position: Project Controls Manager - Mechanical (ARAMCO Project Experienced)

Contract Details: Full-time, permanent with family status

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Controls Manager to join our team and oversee all aspects of project controls for our EPC oil & gas client's onshore projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement project controls strategies and plans for onshore projects, including cost control, schedule control, risk management, and change management

- Monitor project progress and performance, identify potential issues and risks, and develop mitigation plans

- Ensure compliance with project controls processes and procedures, and provide guidance and support to project teams

- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop project budgets, schedules, and forecasts

- Manage project cost tracking and reporting, including budget vs. actual analysis, variance analysis, and cost trend analysis

- Lead project risk management activities, including identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks

- Oversee project change management process, including review and approval of change requests

- Provide regular project controls reports to senior management and clients, highlighting project status, risks, and opportunities

- Mentor and train project controls team members, and provide guidance on best practices and industry standards

- Continuously improve project controls processes and procedures to enhance project performance and efficiency

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering

- Minimum of 15+years of experience in project controls, preferably in ARAMCO onshore projects

- Strong knowledge of project controls principles, processes, and tools

- Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- PMP or other project management certifications are a plus

- Candidates with ARAMCO experience will be given preference.
