A global engineering and consulting firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to join a national aviation PMO project. The role involves managing cost, schedule, risk, and change controls for a multi-billion SAR portfolio. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in project controls, with international exposure preferred, particularly within the KSA/GCC region. This PMO initiative supports the delivery of a multi‑year, multi‑billion‑riyal capital development Programme aligned with national aviation objectives. Operating as an integrated consultancy‑client team, the PMO provides strategic oversight, governance, and operational support to ensure that all projects across the national airport portfolio are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The Programme encompasses portfolio management, project controls, engineering standardisation, construction assurance, asset management, and governance functions, with direct engagement across multiple Operating Companies (OpCos).
Participate in the delivery of the project controls function within a high‑profile national aviation PMO. Take responsibility for key activities, involving cost, schedule, risk, or change control for a multi‑billion SAR portfolio. Interact with PMO team members and client staff to analyze and report project information. Thorough knowledge and demonstrated experience in cost engineering, cost estimating, control and analysis, planning and scheduling, schedule development, control, and analysis. Experience and demonstrated skill in establishing criteria and system set‑up for project controls activities.
