Role Overview

The Program Manager will lead and oversee complex, multi-workstream programs within the Public Realm portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic objectives. This role requires strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and effective coordination to deliver high-quality outcomes across diverse projects in the public realm.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Manage the Public Realm Program, comprising multiple workstreams consisting of various projects. Provide strategic direction and ensure program objectives align with organizational goals.
• Planning & Coordination: Oversee design and delivery of urban streets, squares, plazas, historic paths, wadis, and other public realm areas. Coordinate workstreams to optimize overall program success and meet key performance indicators.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
• Quality & Risk Management: Maintain rigorous quality standards across all workstreams. Proactively identify and resolve complex challenges and risks.
• Program Delivery: Drive fast-track initiatives for seasonal implementations and ensure timely completion of high-priority projects. Facilitate program closure, capturing lessons learned and best practices for future initiatives.
