AMET Supply Chain Team - Senior Supply Chain Program Manager

AMET Supply Chain team is seeking a motivated, experienced, and talented Senior Supply Chain Program Manager. In this role, you will contribute to shaping the future of Amazon in KSA by analyzing and solving complex Supply Chain challenges, interfacing with Operations, Transportation, and Amazon Store teams. Your focus will be on improving customer experience and inventory management in a growing environment.

The ideal candidate will be a data detective with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivery. You should be capable of creating and presenting documentation for senior executives and aligning your roadmap with Amazon’s strategic objectives. Proficiency in data analysis, root cause analysis, and implementing long-term solutions through advanced analytical capabilities is essential.

Key Job Responsibilities
  1. Create roadmaps for project implementation and brief various teams on requirements.
  2. Set measurable milestones for projects and establish ongoing goals for programs.
  3. Collect and analyze data to inform project decisions and provide business insights.
  4. Lead meetings with partner teams to track progress, implement new initiatives, and improve existing programs.
  5. Document standards for projects and ensure compliance.
  6. Manage internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • A relevant degree.
  • Experience in program management with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience analyzing quantitative data to drive decisions.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or SQL in a professional environment.
