Overview

As the Program Lead for Security and Loss Prevention at Ninja, you will be responsible for analyzing operational data to identify security risks, uncover patterns of loss, and develop data-backed programs to mitigate them. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep experience in Operations Analytics to drive initiatives and collaborate with external technology partners to innovate and design next-generation surveillance and security products.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize strong skills in risk analysis, pattern mapping, and hypothesis testing to analyze large operational datasets and identify vulnerabilities related to theft, fraud, and process gaps.
  • Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast potential loss events and identify high-risk areas within the business.
  • Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for the SLP leadership team.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of data-driven SLP programs from conception to completion.
  • Work closely with external partners and technology providers to co-design and customize surveillance products, security tools, and analytical software to meet our specific needs.
  • Define project roadmaps, establish KPIs to measure program effectiveness, and report on progress and ROI to senior stakeholders.
  • Act as a key analytical partner to the field SLP and Operations teams, providing them with the data and tools needed to execute prevention strategies effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal tech and BI teams to ensure data integrity and develop the necessary data infrastructure for advanced analytics.
  • Present findings and program proposals to a wide range of audiences, from technical teams to senior business leaders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Operations Analytics, Business Intelligence, Risk Analytics, or a similar data-intensive role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in risk analysis, statistical pattern mapping, and hypothesis testing.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge is Must.
  • Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work effectively with external partners, vendors, and technology providers, particularly in the design and development of products or solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: A highly analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving and a passion for uncovering insights within data.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex analytical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with loss prevention concepts and security technologies.
