The ideal candidate must have 5 years in the industry, including 2 years in a supervisory role, along with a strong understanding of food safety standards and process control. Manage shift personnel and operate the food and beverage can line to produce products meeting quality and food safety standards, and achieve targets in production, efficiency, spoilage, and operating cost. Maintain housekeeping throughout the can line as per HACCP plan.
