Job summary

A reputable company in manufacturing is seeking a candidate with a Mechanical or Technical degree and a minimum of 5 years' supervisory experience. The successful candidate will lead teams, coordinate cross-functional departments, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools are essential. Language skills in English, Arabic, and Urdu are a plus. Overtime availability may be required.

• Other: Excellent Manufacturing / Production planning and scheduling skills & tools, equipment, and factory maintenance management

• Cross-functional Coordination: Skilled in coordinating with cross-functional departments (Supply Chain, Administration, etc.)
• Safety: Strong understanding of safety protocols and PPE usage
• GMP: Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
