Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Production Specialist with at least 23 years of relevant experience, preferably as a technician in printing or advertising agencies. This role involves handling production equipment, preparing designs, and supporting light woodworking tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Laser Engraving and Screen Printing
  Operate laser engraving machines using LightBurn or similar software for design preparation. Use screen printing techniques to apply designs on various surfaces and adjust machine settings to accommodate different materials and designs.
• Logo Preparation and Design
  Edit client‑provided logos to ensure compatibility with laser engraving software such as LightBurn. Use design software to refine and prepare artwork for production.
• UV Printing Operations
  Operate and maintain UV printers. Ensure proper alignment, color consistency, and print quality.
• Support Light Woodworking Tasks
  Assist in woodworking tasks such as sanding, finishing, and basic assembly.
• Equipment Maintenance
  Conduct routine maintenance of laser engravers, screen printing equipment, UV printers, and woodworking tools.

Qualifications and Experience

• Language Skills
  Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Experience
  Minimum of 23 years in a similar production or manufacturing role, preferably with prior experience as a technician in printing or advertising agencies.
• Technical Skills
  Proficiency in operating laser engravers, screen printing equipment, and UV printers. Familiarity with LightBurn or similar software for laser engraving (mandatory). Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW (mandatory).
• Basic Woodworking Skills
  Preferred but not required.
