Ink Preparation
Responsibilities
- Prepare recipes, formulations and mixes ink.
- Remove ink from unused stations to special buckets.
- Separate new ink from leftover.
- Weight all buckets, tag them, and store them in their respective places.
- Check all ink tanks and order what is low in the printing section stock.
- Maintain all ink mix for machine.
- Help machine operators to adjust colors.
- Recommend actions for depletions and stock control.
- Fill and sign ink consumption sheet.
- Give recommendation and feedback on the type of inks to be.
- Manage ink room.
- Assists in the solvent tanker unloading in the underground tankers.
- Troubleshoot any problem and report major ones to the shift supervisor.
- Propose methods for improvement.
- Reject defective raw material.
- Suspends production when in doubt of any parameter or condition.

- With other Departments: Maintenance unit staff and QA staff.

Education & Experience
Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is acquired through a primary school diploma or equivalent.
