Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the Polystyrene field (EPS, HIPS, and GPPS).
• Sound understanding of Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Strong command of written & spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit materials & energy balances to identify process efficiency.
• Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly production reports.
• Complete monthly SAP closing and handle all related SAP transactions.
• Ensure plant operation within design limits and maintain product quality.
• Optimize process parameters to achieve plant KPIs.
• Participate in technical and feasibility studies for plant projects.
• Coordinate with support departments to resolve bottlenecks.
• Monitor sustainability parameters and prepare sustainability reports.
• Review technical/change/vendor reports and support implementation of improvements.
• Support EHSS/Quality teams in investigation and reporting.

• Ensure plant operation within design limits and maintain product quality as per specifications.
• Optimize process parameters to achieve plant KPIs.
• Participate in technical and feasibility studies for plant projects.
• Coordinate with support departments to resolve bottlenecks and improve performance.
• Monitor sustainability parameters, provide technical solutions, and prepare sustainability reports.
