Responsibilities
  • Senior Associate: Generate offer letter as per country requirement in their native language using translation tools.
  • Coordinate with vendors and conduct pre-employment checks.
  • Communicate candidate rejections.
  • Coordinate and facilitate day 1 onboarding requirements for the employee.
  • Adhere to compliance.
  • Reporting & analysis of candidate data.
  • Direct candidate outreach.
  • Audit management - support internal/external audits.
  • Query resolution.
Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of recruitment admin, HR processes (COE and Ops).
  • Proficient in MS-Office (preferably Excel).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Administrative writing and reporting skills.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
