Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, providing expert guidance to internal teams and external clients.
• Develop and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to healthcare professionals and sales teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and R&D, to ensure product alignment with market needs.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product strategy and enhancements.
• Support the launch of new products by coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring effective communication of product features and benefits.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials, technical documentation, and product literature.
• Gather and document user requirements, translating them into actionable insights for product development.
• Provide ongoing product support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for clients and end-users.

• Demonstrated experience in supporting product launches and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
