A leading global e-commerce company is looking for a Product Marketing Manager in Riyadh to enhance marketing operations for its Prime subscription service. The role involves driving content experimentation for marketing campaigns, optimizing customer experiences, and executing marketing strategies for new product launches. Candidates should have extensive experience in onsite and lifecycle marketing, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making. As the WW Prime CXO (Customer Experience Optimization) team, we strive to continuously delight our tens of millions of Prime members around the world and directly contribute to its rapid growth. Our team drives go-to-market strategy and tactics for new Prime product launches globally, focuses on customer experience optimization, content experimentation across the Prime lifecycle and drives innovation in tooling development as stewards of the Prime brand. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager capable of elevating our marketing operations to delight our customers with relevant and appealing content and lifecycle marketing experiences.
As part of the WW Prime CXO GTM team, you are expected to have strong experience in go‑to‑market strategy as well as executing tactical implementation. This role will be primarily responsible for driving content experimentation for global marketplaces, to continuously enhance customer messaging & experience across Prime lifecycle touch points. You will ideate on content experiments, execute the end‑to‑end set up of Onsite & Outbound campaigns and analyse results to provide actionable insight into performance. You will collaborate closely with multiple locale marketing teams to plan experimentation roadmaps based on market specific insights. You will also set up BxGy based Journey Experiments (multi‑step customer experience) for required marketplaces. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, great at meeting multiple deadlines through exceptional planning skills and capable of operating in a multi‑stakeholder set‑up. Experience with using marketing tools like Symphony, SONAR, lab‑notes or similar domain tools will be preferred. Prior experience in driving content experimentations, A/B tests or weblabs is highly desired.
You'll be responsible for defining roadmaps to facilitate and accelerate our team's marketing operations, expanding our reach to all available Prime countries. You will be heavily involved in both defining and executing marketing strategy for the launch of Prime member growth products and scaling up content experimentation to improve customer experience for Prime marketplaces. You will work in close collaboration with locale marketing teams, product leaders and tech teams to identify new opportunities to invent and simplify. Our environment is fast‑paced and requires someone who is open to work across multiple time‑zones as required, strong in stakeholder management and highly detail‑oriented.

Our team optimises the Prime customer experience through content updates, experimentation, product launch GTMs, and tooling development. Collectively, we ensure that messaging across the entire Prime lifecycle is updated, relevant and engaging for each customer.
