About the Role

Are you ready to lead the transformation of offer management capabilities by driving development and optimization of innovative solutions?

You will lead the development of dynamic pricing, personalised offers, and ancillaries by delivering seamless, scalable solutions that enhance customer experience and maximise revenue.

Ensure seamless integration between Offer Management, Order Management Systems (OMS), and Revenue Management (RM) to enable end-to-end operational efficiency.

Working at the heart of a major transformation programme, you will be aligning APIs across GDS, NDC aggregators, OTAs, and internal systems, while coordinating agile squads and vendor partners to keep delivery on track and in line with strategic goals.

You will also be an experienced digital thought leader in loyalty, mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of innovation to influencing cross-functional teams to execute strategic loyalty technology initiatives effectively.

About You

Degree qualified, you bring a minimum of 7 years of experience in a customer centric organization ideally in aviation, with at least 5 years in a management or a product lead role.

You will demonstrate experience in customer facing digital products, focusing on product development and scaling growth.

Deep knowledge in platform product management, and building products that can be leveraged by a variety of business, guest and staff stakeholders.

We'd love to see from you more if you have IATA NDC/ONE Order certification and are familiar with Revenue Management systems including RM, pricing optimization systems, price benchmarking, fares optimization.
