What You Will Do
  • Drive budget achievement, revenue, and channel growth.
  • Analyze Ingram Micro's market share by region and channel segment.
  • Lead partner planning to set mutual goals, financial targets, and key milestones.
  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Design reseller programs to optimize product penetration across channel segments.
  • Manage vendor marketing funds effectively and maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Organize reseller trainings, roadshows, and seminars.
  • Ensure healthy topline (revenue) and bottom line (GP) performance.
  • Strengthen vendor relationships for business growth and support.
  • Train, guide, and support sales and business development teams.
What It Takes to Be One of the Team
  • You are a graduate with min 5 years of experience in ELV sales.
  • You have experience in selling CCTV and physical security products.
  • You are enthusiastic and driven by results with a strong will to succeed.
  • You are a self‑starter, self‑motivated and a team player.
  • You have a strong 'customer‑first' mentality and are able to utilize your relationships to drive results.
