We are hiring a Product Manager to join a digital first financing company for consumers and SMEs. Powered by a much larger financial services force in Saudi, the business is undergoing rapid transformation and expansion across the GCC. This is a key strategic role within a highly entrepreneurial team. The Product Manager will shape the digital product strategy, build compelling user journeys and elevate the digital finance experience for both retail customers and business clients.

As Product Manager, you will take ownership of the full product lifecycle, from ideation to execution. You will be responsible for driving innovation, enhancing acquisition channels, digitising back-office functions and optimising product profitability. You will work across digital sales, marketing, customer experience, credit, and compliance to deliver high-performing products.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver the overall product strategy in alignment with commercial goals
  • Lead digital product acquisition and end-to-end digitisation of processes
  • Manage product lifecycle from launch to optimisation, ensuring profitability and performance
  • Own product budgeting and oversee P&L performance
  • Set product KPIs and conduct regular health checks to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate across departments and ensure stakeholder alignment
  • Build embedded finance partnerships and manage merchant and dealer relationships
  • Explore new commercial channels through KAFALAH and similar programmes
  • Oversee regulatory engagement for product initiatives
  • Manage product marketing activity including website content and campaign execution
  • Conduct market scans and benchmark product performance
  • Lead UAT and drive successful product and feature launches
  • Develop and maintain customer retention programmes
  • Optimise credit policies and define risk appetite frameworks
  • Ensure all governance, compliance and audit requirements are met
  • Drive operating model improvements and reporting discipline across the product function
