Job Title: Product Manager

Reports to: AVP Marketing

Job Purpose

Drive the vision, strategy, and execution for [Specific Financial Service] and contribute to the overall success of the Marketing department. Leverage your deep understanding of financial services, market trends, and customer needs to create innovative, user‑centric solutions that achieve business objectives and delight customers.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and define the product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities aligned with business goals.
• Product Development & Management: Manage the entire product development process ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
• Customer Focus & Advocacy: Gather and analyze customer feedback, conduct user research, and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, finance, technology, and other teams to ensure smooth product development.
• Data‑Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to measure product performance and optimize features based on user behavior.
